Awards
All league officials need to review the
HIGH SCORE awards application.
Rings can be personalized in many different ways. When a customized ring is
ordered, the transaction becomes one between the Bowler and Keepsake. Once an
award is approved, the Bowler will be notified by Keepsake regarding the amount
owed. This must be paid before the award is sent out. When selecting rings, make
sure the selection is appropriate. The old substitution allowance is built into
the prices indicated on the HIGH SCORE AWARD APPLICATION.
Handicaps
Many people are still confused as to whose benefit it is to offer
handicap. The United States Bowling Congress (USBC) defines
handicapping as the means of placing bowlers and teams of varying
degrees of bowling skill on as equitable a basis as possible for their
competition against each other.
